EBD HLTA: SEMH Support & Personalised Learning

Supply Desk is seeking an EBD HLTA to support in an SEMH provision in Hedge End. The role involves working with pupils with autism and behavioural needs, delivering personalised planning and resources, and modelling calm, consistent strategies.

You will join a supportive team with strong leadership, access to ongoing training, and excellent pay. DBS on Update Service is required or willingness to obtain one, with a commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
