Yard person / driver

Mawsley Machinery is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on Yard Person / Driver to join our team at the Mawsley site. In this crucial yard‑based and field‑supported role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency, organization, and safety of our site while ensuring our machinery is immaculately presented and ready for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Yard maintenance
• Keeping the site clean and tidy
• Loading and unloading machines from lorries and trailers
• Completing all administration for in‑ and outbound machine deliveries to a high standard
• Cleaning used, service and new machines
• Painting machinery
• General building maintenance
• Supporting the service engineers
• Re‑fueling and de‑fueling machines
• Reporting hazards and near‑miss accidents
• Adhering to health and safety policies
• Delivering and collecting parts
• Ensuring new machines are displayed on site
• Any other duties reasonably requested by your line manager
