Job Description

As a Sign Installer, you will safely and efficiently install a variety of signage solutions both indoors and outdoors. You will work independently, provide positive customer service, and solve problems to ensure each sign meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of signage, including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and street signs up to 45 feet high.
• Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical drawings; use tablet skills for job tasks and photo uploads.
• Operate installation tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and accurate installations.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare sites for installation.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable hours: Monday‑Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in sign installation or a related field involving physical labor.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and operate installation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Internal motivation and drive to contribute and achieve more.
