Job Summary

At Harborough Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious, self‑motivated Membership Advisor to promote our 30‑minute activity 5× a week brand mission.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will expand our extensive membership base, advising existing and potential customers on membership options that best support their fitness and activity goals.

• Be enthusiastic and motivated
• Communicate effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Be results driven and overachieve on targets set
• Be a team player and a capable individual
• Exude confidence on the telephone, face‑to‑face and email when contacting customers

Role involves working days, evenings and weekends.
