Classroom Support Assistant – Seaford

Location: Seaford

Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

Contract: Temporary, permanent, or temp-to-perm opportunities available. Start date: As soon as possible or September.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with lessons, resources, classroom routines, pupil engagement, and small‑group learning.
• Assist pupils with reading, writing, maths, confidence, communication, and behaviour expectations.
• Help create a busy, positive classroom environment and contribute to children’s best school days.

Qualifications

• Positive, dependable, and confident with children.
• Experience in schools, childcare, care, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, nursery work, or clubs is useful.
• Reliability and a good attitude are key.
