Flexible Cover Supervisor: Inspire Learning & ALN Support

Hoop Recruitment LTD is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across Barry area secondary schools. The role covers classes in place of a teacher, supports engaging lessons, and helps create a positive learning environment for pupils with ALN.

You’ll join a supportive team with flexible local opportunities and ongoing CPD. Ideal candidates will have classroom management experience, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping students learn and progress.
