Team Assistant / PA – Birmingham City Centre Leading Investment Bank

£15-£18 per hour, 5 days in office. On-going temp role with the potential to convert to permanent.

This role requires a polished, hardworking and driven individual to work in their impressive offices Monday to Friday. Approximately 1 year of experience working as a PA or Team Assistant, within an office-based environment, will be essential.

What you’ll do:

  • Diary management
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones
  • Managing high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and video calls across multiple locations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
  • Expense management
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Supporting teams with day to day issues, needs and queries
  • Providing phone and holiday coverage for other colleagues
