Sales & Service Advisor

Salary: £24,960/year + branch bonus scheme

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicle transport equipment, accessories, and services; process hire bookings and installations.
• Manage the workshop diary, process invoices/payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with stock control, stock takes, and keep the branch organised and presentable.

About You

• Experience in sales or customer service (trade counter experience is a plus).
• Proactive, target‑driven, and commercially aware.
• Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
