In-Store Customer Experience Host

Dunelm in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Sales Assistant – Host for part-time hours. You’ll greet customers, help on the shop floor, and process Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders to create a personal shopping experience.

You will be customer-obsessed, confident with homeware, and able to offer friendly, proactive service. You’ll upsell where appropriate and keep the store tidy and welcoming for every visitor.
