Store Shift Leader — Flexible Hours & Team Coach

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will lead a team across store areas, handle daily queries, coach colleagues, and act as the store’s lead in the Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
