Store Supervisor – Baby & Parenting Retail

Mamas & Papas Southampton is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve store results. This 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend days.

You’ll bring retail supervisory or senior sales experience, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to lead by example. Based at Harbour Parade in Southampton, you’ll help families choose prams, car seats and nursery essentials
