Overview

As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, delivering products right to customers’ front doors with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll keep your van clean and ready for the next delivery, and during busy periods you’ll support the team by picking and packing online orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Load van with products and deliver to customers during the day.
• Maintain van cleanliness and ensure it is fit for each delivery.
• Assist with picking and packing online orders when required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months validity and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
