As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find products and complete purchases at the till
- Brand Bra Experience – providing the bra fitting experience, giving expert advice on sizing and styles
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers discover items they need
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures
About You
- Passion for retail – a passion for all aspects of retail and creating unique customer experiences
- Love the customer – keen to develop customer service skills and product knowledge
- Relationships that count – willing to develop valued relationships with team and customers
- Team Player – flexible, supportive and contributing to a positive working environment
- Fast is fun – comfortable working in a busy environment and adapting to multiple tasks
