HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Manager Support

Beazley seeks an Employee Services Advisor to provide first line HR advice to managers and employees across the business. You will handle HR cases from start to resolution, offering guidance on absence, performance, grievances and disciplinaries in line with employment law.
