Location: 6 King Street, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 2AN.

Hours: 39 hours a week, flexible shifts.

Salary: £9.75 per hour.

Overview

Join Superdrug as an Apprentice Sales Assistant and develop your retail skills while supporting customers and driving store performance. The role includes customer service, stocking, and participating in training to progress toward management.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and demonstrate product benefits.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store targets.
• Participate in training and assessments throughout 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Complete observations, discussions and assessments to achieve Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Grade 4 / C GCSE in English and maths (or equivalent); national 4’s for Scotland.
• Not currently in education and available for full‑time shifts.
• First time applicant: no prior retail apprenticeship.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail acceptable.
