Dialr is an AI platform helping recruitment agencies automate candidate screening through voice AI, WhatsApp and ATS integrations, allowing recruiters to spend more time placing candidates and less time on repetitive calls.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle and help accelerate our growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
- Book and conduct product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close.
- Build relationships with recruitment agency owners and senior decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS Account Executive or similar closing role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience selling into recruitment, HR or staffing.
- Experience selling AI, automation or SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
