What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy environment, with a track record of successfully delivering permanent and/or temporary recruitment solutions
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate placement
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- A driven and resilient mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing Professional Services team. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates, building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of professional disciplines.
