What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the public sector or recruiting for public sector clients
- A strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering against client requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys structure and process but also thrives on people interaction. You’ll be engaging with candidates daily, supporting them through compliance checks, and proactively building a healthy talent pipeline.
