Pathway Legal are delighted to be working with a leading Northern Ireland firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in either Derry or Omagh.
This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE through to Director level who has strong commercial property experience and is looking for the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the property team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments and investment transactions.
Handling complex property transactions from inception through to completion.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Providing commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients.
Supporting the growth and development of the property department.
Essential Skills
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
Strong commercial property experience gained within a reputable practice.
Excellent technical ability and attention to detail.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage complex matters independently.
Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role.
