Sales Manager, Excellent Package
We are working with a leading NI business who supply a range of solutions to the food manufacturing sectors across NI.
Working at both at their head office and on the road, leading and managing their sales development team who work across the island of Ireland. Reporting into senior management and leading the sales teams, duties will include;
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and business growth
- Develop sales strategies to grow existing accounts and secure new business
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and CRM performance
What we are looking for
- B2B sales experience within / into the food manufacturing markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driving license
