Hospitality Management Programme

We’re looking for ambitious and talented hospitality professionals at the beginning of their career journey who want to develop into future Restaurant Managers at The Salad Project.

Our two-year management programme provides structured training, operational experience and leadership development to prepare you to run your own store.

What You’ll Do

• Progress through a structured development programme working in many different roles
• Learn how to run a high-performing restaurant
• Lead and train team members
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Work across multiple Salad Project locations

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for hospitality and healthy food
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to commit to the 24-month programme
• Flexibility to work 45 hours per week
