Our two-year management programme provides structured training, operational experience and leadership development to prepare you to run your own store.
What You’ll Do
- Progress through a structured development programme working in many different roles
- Learn how to run a high-performing restaurant
- Lead and train team members
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work across multiple Salad Project locations
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and healthy food
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to commit to the 24-month programme
- Flexibility to work 45 hours per week
