What You’ll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes while helping define our future hiring strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on recruitment strategy
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-calibre passive candidates using innovative search techniques
- Conducting market mapping and identifying difficult-to-find talent within competitive technology markets
- Building and nurturing long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding
- Producing high-quality recruitment reports, presentations and insights for senior stakeholders (PowerPoint skills are essential)
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and showcasing Trustmarque & Ultima as an employer of choice
- Using recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve our approach
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with genuine passion for finding exceptional people.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or a Recruitment Agency environment
- Technology recruitment experience (highly desirable)
- Proven expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates
- Experience recruiting for niche or difficult-to-fill technical positions
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting global or international recruitment (desirable)
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
