The work
You will be part of the transactional agricultural team, advising farmers, landowners, landed estates, and agri-businesses on the full range of rural real estate matters. Your caseload will include:
- Farm and estate acquisitions and disposals
- Refinancing and secured lending work
- Renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage
- Natural capital and environmental agreements
- Equestrian property matters
- Landed estate property management
About you
You are a newly or recently qualified solicitor, with up to four years’ experience and a demonstrable interest in agriculture and estates work.
