Project Manager

Role & Company Overview

Our client is a well-established Design & Build specialist delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South of England. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of CAT A and CAT B workplace projects valued up to £5m+. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Generate, develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Deliver multiple Design & Build commercial fit-out projects valued up to £5m+.
• Manage project budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate design, commercial and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and project risk throughout delivery.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Design & Build or commercial fit-out sector.
• Strong track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects valued up to £5m+.
• Experience creating, managing and driving detailed project programmes.
• Excellent understanding of Design & Build project delivery from tender through to handover.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
