Job Title: Project Manager – Manhattan Active WMS

Location: UK, Netherlands, Italy

Duration: 6-12 month contract with rolling extension

Job Description:

• Lead large-scale, multi-site, or multi-country Manhattan Active WMS transformation programs from strategy through deployment & Hypercare.
• Define program governance, delivery framework, implementation roadmap, and portfolio-level execution strategy.
• Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring alignment across business, technology, integration, testing, data migration, and change management.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and cost objectives.
• Establish strong governance, including RAID management, status reporting, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and infrastructure workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Manhattan implementation methodology, SaaS release cycles, and best practices.
• Lead steering committee meetings, project reviews, and customer governance forums.
• Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and implementation readiness through go-live and hyper care.
• Foster strong customer relationships and drive successful business outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
