  • Develop maintenance strategies and lifecycle plans.
  • Act as the senior technical point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
  • Drive engineering performance and maintain contractual KPIs.

About You

  • Proven experience managing engineering operations within large, complex buildings or critical environments.

  • Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and UK building safety legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 Fire Detection & Alarm qualification (5839 Part 1)

Heritage building experience or Chartered Engineer status would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • Competitive salary
  • Car allowance
  • Performance bonus
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Gym and retail discounts
  • Ongoing training and professional development
