Premises Recruitment are working closely with two of the leading principle contractors in Super Prime residential construction.
Both businesses are reputable brand names, with a solid pipeline of secured work and a long history of proven project delivery.
The specific projects and resource required are:
Grand Country House refurbishment in Surrey, £100m contract value
This is a fantastic project – a genuine ‘CV Maker’.
It’s a well resourced site, involving extensive works to a listed building, structural works and uber high spec interiors finishes. You’ll report to a Project Director and work alongside a dedicated delivery team.
Require both a Project Manager and a Site Manager, with responsibility of a section of the project.
Super Prime New Build Home, South Oxfordshire, £15m contract value
A new build residence on a picturesque country estate.
Require both a Project Manager and a Site Manager forming the management team on this new project.
Requirements
- Please note that applicants are required to have extensive experience of delivering super prime residential projects with a main contractor, construction management contractor or developer
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong technical understanding of luxury finishes and detailing
