Facilities & Property Coordinator

Northern Ireland – Multi Site – (Omagh / Enniskillen / Strabane Area)

We’re supporting a growing healthcare recruitment and supported living provider across Northern Ireland in their search for a Facilities & Property Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and prefers being out on-site rather than spending all day behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out regular property inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Managing relationships with tenants, service users, and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance records and property documentation are up to date
  • Identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Monitoring property-related budgets and expenditure

About You

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland

Previous property or facilities experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who takes ownership, is highly organised.
