Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Bridging and Development Finance facilities from completion through to redemption.

  • Review project progress, identifying and escalating any potential risks or issues.
  • Assess requests for facility amendments, extensions and additional funding, preparing recommendations where required.
  • Produce accurate portfolio reports and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Monitor cash flows and project performance against approved lending proposals.
  • Work closely with Credit, Underwriting and Lending teams to ensure facilities are managed effectively.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong risk management practices.

About You:

  • Property Lending

You’ll have strong relationship management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Experience within heavy refurbishment or development finance is advantageous but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

What’s on Offer?

  • Basic salary up to £65,000
  • Performance bonus of up to 25%
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the London office)
  • Private medical insurance
  • Private dental cover
  • Excellent employer pension contribution
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
  • Ongoing professional development and study support
  • Genuine career progression within a growing specialist lender
