Process Operator / Production Operative / Assembly Operative
Location: CoventryShifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

We’re recruiting for Process Operators to join a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment, working with advanced materials and modern production techniques. This is a hands-on role where your experience on the shop floor will be valued from day one.
The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of components across a range of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and handling raw materials for productionAssembling components using hand tools and production equipmentCarrying out lay-up and preparation of materialsLoading and operating machinery including presses, ovens, and autoclavesFinishing, assembly, and quality checks on completed productsPacking and labelling finished goods ready for dispatchRecording production data accurately
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production line environmentsComfortable working with tools, materials, and machineryGood attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow processes and work to targetsReliable and able to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)Team player with a strong work ethic
