Description
Conduct stock condition surveys across a diverse housing portfolioComplete HHSRS assessments and identify property risksGather and maintain accurate asset data in management systemsSupport planned maintenance and investment programmesEngage with residents to ensure customer-focused service deliveryAssist with broader surveying duties including compliance and inspections
Profile
Experience in social housing or asset/property surveyingStrong understanding of HHSRS and property condition assessmentsKnowledge of compliance and health & safety legislationExcellent organisational and reporting skillsFull driving licence and willingness to travel across the regionCustomer-focused with strong communication skills
