General administrative dutiesBuilding relationships with all current clients and customers.Providing excellent customer care to current clients/accountsProvide support and aftercare to current clients/accountsWorking closely with Directors and colleagues ensuring all clients/accounts are updated and happy with services.Keeping well on top of the account/customer care, ensuring all clients concerns or queries are dealt with before they become an issue.
