Strategic People Partner: Change & Transformation

De Montfort University invites applications for a People Partner to drive organisational change and transformation across the university. You will work with senior leaders to shape change programmes that balance colleague experience, legal compliance and commercial needs.

Reporting into the Change and Projects Team, you will commission specialist expertise, lead strategic projects and coach leaders to embed sustainable change and deliver excellent outcomes for colleagues and the wider university.
