Talent Partner: End-to-End Hiring & Internal Mobility

DC Thomson is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team and own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas in Glasgow. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, build talent pipelines and support internal mobility and early careers programmes.

With a strong data-driven approach and excellent stakeholder management, you’ll deliver high-quality recruitment experiences, improve processes and help shape future talent for DC Thomson.
