General Manager – Operations, Growth & Team Leadership

Team Sport in Bristol is seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead Brent Cross daily operations. You will coach the team, manage budgets, uphold safety standards and deliver exceptional service while driving profitability.

You’ll oversee cross‑department collaboration, enforce policies, and recruit and develop talent, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and occasional weekend work. DBS check will be required.
