A well-regarded GP Training Practice in the Torquay area is seeking a Salaried GP for 5 sessions. This well‑managed role offers excellent continuity of care, a structured 10 patient per session, 15‑minute appointment system, and a supportive, extensive leadership team.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £12,500 per session (depending on experience and additional responsibilities)

Workload & Structure

• Just 20 patients per day
• 15‑minute appointments
• 5 sessions
• 3 hours of admin time per day plus an hour‑long lunch break
• Excellent continuity with your own patient list
• Coffee break every morning
• Well‑managed on‑call – triage GP allocating appointments but soon moving to an acute care hub with sister practice locally
