Team Growth Buddy: Training, Onboarding & Coaching

Nando’s is seeking a Buddy to support new and existing Nandocas through training and to model high standards across front and back of house operations. You will assist with recruitment, conduct trial shifts, and provide ongoing feedback to the management team.

You will induct new Nandocas, welcome them into the family, and ensure training compliance, including e-learning, is completed. The role emphasizes living Nando’s Compass and supporting the team to grow.
