Hybrid General Counsel & Company Secretary

UNICEF UK is seeking a General Counsel & Company Secretary to lead the organisation’s legal, governance and regulatory strategy. You’ll advise the Executive Team and Board, manage a multi-disciplinary department, and balance commercial considerations with risk and compliance to enable impact for children.

The role is based in part at home and in the London office, with a permanent contract and a salary of £107,681 per annum.
