Probation Performance & Quality Improvement Lead

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting a Performance and Quality Officer to join a small PQO team supporting LDU clusters across the division. The role focuses on identifying performance and quality issues, developing and implementing improvement programmes, and aligning with priorities.

Hybrid working is available in the UK with standard full-time hours (37 per week); part-time or flexible patterns may be considered to meet role demands.
