Deputy General Manager – Premium Pub with Rooms (Opening)

Heartwood Inns in Cambridge is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join the Meadow Lark opening leadership team. You will help recruit, guide and coach a large team, setting high standards for food, drink, service and accommodation while driving guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll shape culture, manage budgets and KPIs, and lead from the front to build a memorable guest experience from day one.
