The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of complex features and contribute to the technical direction of market-leading software products.
You will bring strong front-end expertise in Angular and TypeScript, helping to design and deliver scalable, high-quality applications. You’ll work on challenging technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver complex front-end features using Angular and TypeScript
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Champion code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement
- Utilise AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency and software quality
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the business
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
- Support and mentor other engineers, helping to strengthen team capability
- Drive accessibility, performance, scalability, and customer value across products

Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Advanced programming, testing, and debugging skills
- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development practices
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
- Exposure to back-end technologies such as .NET or Java
- Understanding of security, deployment practices, and distributed systems
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools
