Lead ServiceNow Architect for TSM/CSM & CSDM

Infinity Quest in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across TSM, TSOM, CSDM and CSM.

You will own end-to-end platform architecture, chair governance forums, and act as the technical authority across the programme, ensuring cross-module coherence and scalable integration.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and hands-on delivery, with CTA certification preferred.
