Portfolio Lead – Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Own the governance, prioritization, and value realization of a portfolio of Agentic AI programs
• Define and manage the portfolio roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives
• Oversee multiple Agentic AI programs across business units
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization
• Establish portfolio-level governance for Responsible AI

Requirements

• Strong experience managing portfolios of large-scale technology or AI programs
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial management, governance, and strategic planning
• Good understanding of Agentic AI ecosystems and enterprise AI architectures
• Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid)
