About The Role
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join a passionate team of pharmacists delivering specialist clinical pharmacy services across a diverse range of surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Critical Care, Orthopaedics and Reproductive Medicine. In this role you will not just be part of a service – you will help shape it. Alongside your clinical responsibilities you will have the unique opportunity to deputise for the aseptic services manager, gaining valuable leadership experience within technical services. You will be supported to grow and thrive with opportunities to deepen your specialist knowledge while developing key skills in service innovation, staff leadership, education and training. About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical care.
Essential Qualifications And Experience
- A Master of Pharmacy Degree (or equivalent).
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Completed training or equivalent competence mapped to the relevant standard.
Skills And Attributes
- Experience in proactively influencing prescribing, using clinical knowledge to optimise patient care.
- A strong patient‑focused approach, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, enabling effective decision‑making in a surgical setting.
- A proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Support and develop other members of the pharmacy team.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
