Head of Property & Building Safety

Black Country Housing Group seeks a Head of Property to provide strategic and operational leadership across compliance, repairs, asset management and investment. You will ensure homes are safe, compliant and well maintained while driving value for money and long-term sustainability.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee building safety, and shape long-term investment decisions using stock data and financial insight. Hybrid working with a Black Country focus.
