Regional Head of Engineering – Transform Transport

FirstGroup Internal is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and support engineering performance across the B2C region. This role requires a strong leader who can build a customer-centric culture while maintaining compliance with statutory and legal regulations.

The Head of Engineering will collaborate closely with various directors and managers to ensure operational policies are adopted effectively.
