Overview
Managing an elite portfolio of customers, with annualised spend ranging from £8,000 to £70,000. Delivering growth sales primarily from our premium and bespoke products — actively identifying and acquiring new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs that meet clients’ needs and the Yell agency minimum spend thresholds. Working with your Field Sales Manager and a team of BDMs to drive high quality referral opportunities while supporting the training and development of BDMs within your territory. Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the business, including your Digital Marketing Manager, product and commercial managers, L&D, marketing and finance. Facilitating training sessions and onboarding programs for new and existing team members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Driving the adoption of best practices within the team to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend ranging from £8,000 to £70,000.
- Deliver growth in sales primarily from premium and bespoke products; identify and acquire new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs that meet client needs and meet Yell’s minimum spend thresholds.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager and BDMs to generate high-quality referral opportunities and support training and development within the territory.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including the Digital Marketing Manager, product and commercial teams, L&D, marketing and finance.
- Facilitate training sessions and onboarding for new and existing team members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive adoption of best practices to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
- Proven track record of successful digital sales performance from both new customer acquisition and existing client management.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
- Resilient, disciplined, and tenacious.
- Able to request testimonials to support client-focused ethos.
- Strong personal development planning to adapt to the digital market and monitor competitors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely.
