Lead Design Researcher, Onboarding & Growth

Wise is seeking a Lead Design Researcher to join the Onboarding Squad in London. You will lead research on how customers behave in the acquisition funnel, productively collaborating with SEO, comparison, referrals and our website teams.

You will spend much of your time doing hands‑on research and strategic leadership, guiding the research direction for teams in your pod while mentoring one junior researcher. Prior leadership experience is valued.
