Site Manager: Roofing & Externals for Social Housing

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead roofing and externals works in occupied social housing properties across the UK. You will manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive on‑time project delivery.

This role requires a CSCS Managers card, SMSTS, a valid driving licence and First Aid at Work. You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, maintain site records and uphold high quality standards.
