Responsibilities
- Develop and own the customer differentiated offers and solutions approaches that address customer operational, technical, and commercial needs through insights.
- Lead cross functional collaboration across Sales, Technical, Marketing and Operations to bring solutions to life.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, including senior stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor.
- Involve in strategic planning discussions related to industrial growth priorities, key counts and segment development.
- Ensure effective communication and deployment of offers through collaboration with sales and operations teams.
- Utilize analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence required to shape effective offers and growth strategy.
- Drive implementation and ensure solutions deliver real impact, not just concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing complex or strategic customer relationships
- Experience managing complex and strategic customer relationships, with a proven track record of developing and delivering integrated solutions that address customer needs, drive business outcomes, and are supported by a compelling commercial model.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Confidence presenting and influencing senior stakeholders, including C level
- Experience leading cross functional projects or initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insight into action
- Able to simplify complex ideas and translate concepts into executable actions.
- Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into tangible business outcomes.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working within a matrix organization and navigating cross-functional environments.
- Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
